Where personalisation is available, you may be able to request adjustments such as necklace length, bracelet length, chain length, pearl colour, metal finish or other design details depending on the individual piece.

How to Request Personalisation

Please provide your requested measurements or personalisation details in the personalisation box on the product page where available.

If you are unsure whether a modification is possible, please contact us before placing your order.

For custom necklace sizing, please provide the total finished length you would like whenever possible.

Handmade Variations

Many of our pieces are individually assembled and may include natural freshwater pearls, mother-of-pearl or other natural materials.

Because these materials are naturally formed, slight differences in shape, size, colour, texture and surface markings are normal and make each piece unique.

Custom and Personalised Orders

Please check all measurements, spelling and personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Once work has begun on a customised piece, changes may not always be possible.

Personalised or custom-made items may have different return conditions from our standard jewellery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details before ordering.
